Bay Area based Product Designer.
In the past, I have designed built-environments as an architect, children’s toys, physical product, social awareness tools, and even the occasional fun gifs!
I discovered my passion for Service Design and Interaction Design from the time I spent designing for multiple mediums. Particularly, where the screen (User Interface) is a part of the overall Customer Experience Journey.
My architecture background makes me think of design in a structural and humanistic way. It gives me a great understanding of what kind of impact external elements have on a human being. With this, I am able to design with the full understanding of how the product will be used in context.
Have any problems need solving?
I am always curious in finding more ways to apply my background and expertise where I can help simplify the problems in our world.

Mischelle was the team lead and primary person I interacted with and I would hire her in the blink on and eye if our finances allowed us to.
I’ve ran many internships and worked with younger professionals and one constant issue was the lack of organization and drive. Not with Mischelle. From day one she’s been relentless in settings up clear goals, communicating those to me and making sure she delivered on them, always keeping me in the loop as things evolved. That level of transparency and ownership is quite rare to find and in my experience key to the success of any project.
And if her project management skills are top notch, her UX skills are no less. She has constantly surprised me with insightful observations from our customer interviews and has been able to come up with great recommendations to develop a better userflow and experience.
To top it off, Mischelle is extremely nice and knows how to handle any situation very graciously, definitely a great team player.

Mischelle and the Tradecraft team did an incredible job for Outcomes.com, helping redesign core parts of our physician facing dashboard. Specifically, Mischelle led the design sprint which started out by involving us in the ideation and rapid prototyping process – it was a lot of fun and incredibly productive. She played a crucial role in developing the clickable prototypes that they then tested with physicians and healthcare providers.
The team took what was a big and unstructured problem and used a methodical and data-driven approach to come up with novel solutions with a strong attention to detail. They were very professional and acted with initiative, keeping us involved and engaged with their process.
I strongly recommend Mischelle and hope to work with her again in the future! We’re excited to be moving forward with her team’s work!
